Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese look set to rekindle their magic in new gangster movie.
Between these two there’s too much iconic celluloid to list but to name a few… Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Goodfellas, Casino. Yep, need I say more?
The film is set to be based on a book by Charles Brandt, a writer who overtly observed an Irish gun for hire named Frank “The Irishman” Sheeran.
During his time with Sheeran, Brandt learnt of a number of murders that Frank had carried out. One of the claimed hits was on gang boss Jimmy Hoffa and a number of his henchmen and this is what the film will focus in on.
The title of the proposed epic ‘I Heard You Paint Houses’ refers to the blood left behind by a killing.
